Quality Inn & Suites Winfield

I want to thank the manager at the Quality Inn in Grants Kansas his name is Nilesh Pate. He went above and beyond his duty. I left some medication in the refrigerator in my room and he was kind enough to take the time to mail it to me. This will be my new stop when I travel that way. Once again thank you very much. Mark

The room was great and the staff was nice. I got down to breakfast at 6 am and it looked like the breakfast that was put out was just leftover from the previous morning. The sausages were shriveled and hard. I was in town for a conference and I asked my coworker if they had the same experience and he said "no".. he got out to breakfast an hour after I did and said he got fresh food. I guess the early bird gets old sausage.

Service was great and friendly. Check in went smoothly. However, the room we were given smelled of mildew, with heavy humidity. The room just felt sticky. The room and the bathroom had noticeable mold on the walls. Bathroom floor and carpet in room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or swept for a while. We requested having double queen beds in room and we were given what seemed to be only full sized beds. Not too thrilled with how everything turned out to be.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Quality inn and Suites hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The room was comfortable, which made the stay even better. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.❤️
