Quality Inn & Suites Watertown Fort Drum

This hotel is very nice, specially their services. The staffs are very polite and accommodating also. I was very tired because of very bad experience at Super 8 By Wyndham, Massena, where didn’t get the room even after reservation. While returning back home, I just slept 2 hrs in the car and when I was not feeling good to drive I found this hotel nearby. When I called them they did the reservation for 1 night and also allowed early check in @11 AM without charging any extra fees. This was really a great experience. All the staffs of this hotel are very polite and professional. Room is good. Breakfast is not so great but ok. Whenever I will get chance, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

It's the Quality Inn, so expectatioms are on the lower side. This location exceeded them. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, the interior quiet and warm even when outside was cold and very windy. The clerk checking us in had us on our way in record time - the entire process took less than a minute and we were on our way to rest. It was nice to see the breakfast bar stocked and ready earlier than listed for those of us who need to get on the road. Only downside was the 50,000 watt floodlight outside our room that shone almost directly into it. Even with the curtain closed and the lights off, one could nearly read a book

Not bad rooms. Floor could have been vacuumed again as crumbs were visible. The breakfast was decent. But waffle iron just sticks no matter how much spray you put. Easy to check in and out

Positive: Location Negative: Thought the shower left a lot to be desired. Shower curtain was hugging me the whole time I was taking a shower. For a bathroom that seemed to be set up for those with limitations, it failed. You wouldn't have gotten a shower chair in the stall.

Checked in here earlier today and found the room clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. The hallway traffic was noticeable for a short time, but it settled quickly. Later in the day, I headed to NNY Massage for Thai Yoga Bodywork, which was a perfect complement to travel. The session released stiffness from driving and helped me fully unwind.
