This hotel and the also to the front desk clerk. Everything was amazing from the time I checked in to the extended stats. Bed very comfortable and soft. The room interior from the mirrors to the size of the room was great. For a smoking room to walk in and not smell it was a plus as well. Thank you for everything. Also conveniently close to my job location

Room was labeled a smokeless room, but definitely had smokers in it previously. Sheets were badly stained and dirty too. Overall cleanliness was tolerable but honestly not very good either.

My husband and I are platinum rewards members. We stayed with our 2 small children. The rooms were good. And beds were basic. But the owners were knocking on our door at 9:30 am asking us if we were checking out yet. Even though check out was not til 11am. Then 10:44 am we were packing up to leave and they were literally waiting by our door asking if we were checking out again. My husband called in a complaint about this. But they decided to lie to choice hotel and said we smoked in a nonsmoking room brought 6 extra adults in our room and partied all night. The owners literally lied when we did nothing wrong. I would NEVER STAY there again.

Go elsewhere.. I've stayed in Choice Hotels all over the world as a military trainer. My one night here was terrible because the quality of the furnishings, cleaning, and tech environment was unacceptable. The desk and floor lamps are rusted, the desk itself is so wobbly I thought it was going to fall over, and the desk chair has what appears to be cigarette burns. The easy chair was so dirty I put a towel over it because I was unwilling to sit on it. There was blood or some other substance on one of the bed. I spilled some water on the floor and used a towel to wipe it up. It came up black from a floor which although looked clean apparently had not been scrubbed. The ice bucket had black spots inside and I had to go get a clean one. Bathroom cleanliness was spotty. I could not get onto t

I had a wonderful stay at Quality Inn & Suites in Suffolk! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to help. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained — exactly what I hoped for. Every morning, the breakfast was great: tasty, filling, and easy to enjoy before heading out. Overall, a top-notch experience — great rooms, excellent service, and a breakfast worth talking about. I’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
