Quality Inn & Suites North Lima - Boardman

We had great time at this hotel. it's great place to stay. great staff. room was very clean and comfortable. Great choices with breakfast and great price also. I would recommend this place and hope to come back again.

We spent one night here as a midway stop on a long drive. First off, the person checking us in on Saturday night was friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean. Beds were comfy. We have 2 large dogs who were comfortable, too. Breakfast was plentiful. So convenient, right off of 76. We would stay here again.

Got in so late and it was freezing in the room It was 65 in the room. Couldn't get the heater to adjust and young man at the counter had no idea what to do for the heater. I found the extra blanket and just snuggled in. The next morning I saw there was a wall thermostat. Breakfast was awful. There was no protein and no fruit. The juice was watered down a lot. Ended up eating out. We don't expect a gourmet breakfast but that was disgusting. It was also unclean. I understand that Quality is a little less standard than Comfort Inn and above, but it is way below standard. This is the second time in a month that subpar hotel experience of Quality was experienced by us.

The hotel was dirty. It was seen all over the carpet that looks like blood stain. The door didn’t fit the opening. There was a half an inch gap where you could see outside and it barely locked. I did not feel safe in that room. I did not feel like I was staying in a clean room at all. It was very gross

Undecided. Several times the toilet refused to flush. I removed the toilet lid and giggled the thing that controls the water inflow. That worked for a few flushes until the water flow stopped again. Then I just repeated the process. Also, the AC and heat unit seemed to have only one setting. My wife and I got cold during the night because the heat settings did not work. Plus, I did not see a way to permanently turn off the unit which ran cold all night. Changing the thermostat temperature did not help. The bathroom sink does not drain well and could use some TLC attention. There is at least one bug in room 308. I saw it crawl under the ac blower unit before going to bed. If you do any upgrading, you may want to consider installing ceiling lights. The lighting is on the dim si
