Quality Inn & Suites Niles

The beds and bedding were really comfortable. Quiet peaceful night sleep. Everything was very clean and stocked well. Hallways and room smelled and looked well maintained. Every staff member was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. From booking to check out it was a great experience. We stayed 2 nights to take care of some personal business. We will be staying here again next time we have to come back to the area. The only thing I didn't like was the microwave cooked scrambled eggs. But there were plenty of other good options. Fresh waffles, French toast, assorted muffins and bagels. We thank you and appreciate the very pleasant experience you all worked hard to give us. See you soon!

My stay at the Quality Inn & Suites Niles was the best experience I've had at a Choice Hotels location, and I stay around 35 nights per year with various Choice hotels around the country. Front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, and they loved giving my dog treats and pets when we passed through the lobby. My room was clean, and well maintained - there were no issues with equipment or fixtures. Even though the region was receiving significant snowfall, the parking lot was well maintained. The hotel is located in a quiet area which felt very safe. Although not exceptionally walkable, it's a short drive to either downtown Niles or South Bend and convenient to highways. I love the staff here. John the general manager is so friendly with all his guests always has a smile on his face. Avery the front desk lady she goes above and beyond for her guests. She rocks this Hotel 100%. The gentleman Josh he kicks some tasty breakfast up. The breakfast area is really extra ordinary, beautiful. Not sure of the maintenance man's name he's quiet, to say the least. This hotel has class. It a beautiful place.

Upon arrival i was greeted with a smiling face and allowed to check in early. The room was clean and spacious. Stayed for 4 days, endless dining options, best of which was the Pizza Hut right next door. Breakfast was a culinary adventure every morning. From the Make your own mini belgian waffles to the endless juice bar, and Methany did a superb job boiling the brown & serve sausage in the microwave every morning. All honesty great stay thank you.

Horrible place to stay. If they would have posted on line in a place that people would see, we wouldn’t have booked. Bathroom dirty. Pubic hairs in bathtub, beds were hard and pillows wore out. Is suppose to be NO Smoking but smoking pot is ok ? Definitely would not recommend. All the girl working would say was “I am sorry about that.” Yeah they are sorry alright!
