Customer Reviews
I had a good at this Quality Inn and Suites. The Rooms were very clean and functional. All staff were helpful and pleasant . The motel is in a convenient and quiet spot. You are right off of I-77 but down a side street so there is no traffic noise to speak of. Several restaurants/fast food options nearby.|I will return next time I am in the area.
Absolutely no complaints. The room was clean and the housekeepers are polite and accommodate any needs. (Changing the towels, coffee, etc.) The staff at the front desk are so nice and never rude. The bed was super comfy. The water was actually hot. The WiFi worked great the entire time. No lagging at all. Also there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Super Walmart is just down the street. Door dash and at least 2 pizza places deliver there as well. No sketchy people in the well lit parking lot. Also good value.
This is an excellent budget level hotel that is conveniently located to Charlotte via the close by I77, to shopping and to restaurants. Booked ahead as a Choice member so registration was quick and seamless. The room was main floor so next to parking. The TV, refrigerator and AC all worked well. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy but obviously aged. The beds were firm and comfortable. Initially there was extra noises from doors opening and closing and the sound of a shower running and we were concerned but everyone settled down by a reasonable hour. We would return here if travel plans matched up.
Very low quality. Couch was dirty and had an odor. While the place smelled like an awful soap, someone had done their best to clean it. This place attracts people who do not want to pay much for a hotel. There were people outside till midnight, screaming yelling stomping on the upstairs floor, going up and down the hallway upstairs and carrying on very very loudly. The people next-door were slamming doors as well.People were outside our door carrying on loudly I did not go to sleep until 1 o’clock . the woman at the desk when we checked in was wonderful, but I didn’t realize I was in the wrong hotel. When we checked out the man at the desk, didn’t even ask us anything, didn’t even talk at all much less ask us how our day was. I would not recommend that hotel to anyone.
We have been staying off and on for over 25 years at this hotel. We like it a lot. The staff is friendly and helpful. When we got to the hotel we were told that I did not book a handy cap room. I am glad that I had printed off my reservation to prove that I had indeed booked a handy cap room. This also happened at Christmas time. My husband was almost hit by a car that came from the hotel in back of the Quality Inn. I would remind trimming the bushes on that side of the circle to be able to see better. I am 5'5 with an inseam of 24 inches. Your beds are 28 inches high. If I didn't bring my bench, I would not be able to get into bed. I remember when the beds were lower before you remodeled. This could be why you are losing business from handy cap and short people.
