Quality Inn & Suites Lehigh Acres Fort Myers

I wasn’t expecting much from this hotel but I will say that it was clean with upgraded furnishings. The breakfast wasn’t great but it was offered, the front desk people were kind, bed was comfortable, it felt safe, and was close to nearby amenities. For the price, it’s great. We will stay here again. If you are expecting luxury, this isn’t it~the walls are thin and the doors slam closed loudly but if you just need a place to rest at night and shower it is perfectly fine.

From the moment we arrived, Christian made us feel welcome. Even with a late check-in, he was friendly, professional, and accommodating, offering us a late checkout which was a huge plus. The property itself is excellent; comfortable beds, a solid breakfast, and a great overall vibe. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

This Quality Inn kinda sucks. My room smells like pubes, the window doesn’t open to let air in. The employees at the reception are not so friendly and amazingly slow. Quality Inn has seen some better days I’ll tell you that. The pool is the best part! And the Mexican restaurant connected to the building is great. The hotel not so much… find somewhere else to stay

The staff was very helpful with several issues I had with my room key during my 2-night stay. They were very accommodating and had to come up to my room several times to help me gain entry to the room. Despite this annoyance, it was a good place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The guest laundry was convenient to use. Location is a little further out, but I found it worthwhile for the cost savings. It's just time to upgrade the door locks!

I had a very pleasant experience especially for the price and location of the hotel. And if it wasnt for Rita I think it may not have been as great she was very kind and gave a lot of great tips on places to eat and things to do during our stay. She made my experience feel very memorable and she is definitely one a kind.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
