Quality Inn & Suites Lake City

Clean room. Older hotel. Cigarette burns on tub. Some door damage. Had to ring the doorbell to door in lobby to find somebody. Called the front desk at 9:00 am to request room cleaned and no one answered. Excellent parking lot lighting at night.

The rooms are very clean. It looks like they were recently renovated. The management was very nice. Our only issue is there cable service is terrible. Every channel, every program we watched repeatedly froze for several minutes. So, you will have to watch TV on your phone. It was impossible to watch anything on their TV. But if you want a nice, clean room to rest. This is a good choice.

Bed was Dirty. Food and trash in sheets. Went to desk to ask someone to change sheets or give me a new room. he switched rooms and gave me the keycard without a word. No sorry, no ok here is new room key, nothing. just wrote new room number on keycard holder. When checking out next morning had to ring bell 4 times and wait for same guy from evening before to let me in to get a receipt. advertised breakfast but had nothing. lobby locked up and dark in breakfast area. I WILL NOT BE Back

Floor was coming up, shower head clogged with calcium deposits so water sprayed all over, broken shampoo and conditioner dispenser (the one in the shower was so old it was clogged) walls in shower had peeling paint and exhaust vent was clogged with dirt and hair and dust., smelled musty.
