Quality Inn & Suites Joelton - Nashville

Overall, the hotel has a nice appearance and good potential; however, the property appears to be poorly maintained. Cleanliness standards were inconsistent, and several areas did not meet the level of upkeep I would expect. With improved maintenance and attention to cleanliness, the guest experience could be significantly better. India does not have the same standards of cleanliness the United States.

I will never stay here again. The rooms are dirty. I ask to be changed to another room. They change me to another room. It was so dirty, the bed sheets were nasty. They also tell you when you book a room that you will pay a deposit and you will get it back. You never get your deposit back. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn't even recommend this place to an animal In the early morning shift people that come in, they're very rude to you. I will never stay here again. Nor would I recommend it.I wish I could give zero stars

Quick stop to sleep. And that is barely. Signed up to be a reward member. Tried to book room on app but it kept locking up. Showed front desk guy (who barely speaks english) he had no idea what the rewards program was. Refused to give us the discount that goes with being a member. I was too tired and just wanted to go to bed. Got to the room and while recently renovated...there were gaps in the laminate hard wood floor as in the board ended and 1/2" later the next one starts. Didnt keep me awake.... so not an issue just a lack of attention to detail. I dropped something on bathroom floor, and looked under vanity... yeah not swept in a good month. I fixed the microwave plate and turn table that were put together wrong. Went down to the 'snack area' very little in stock to chose fr

Hotel is newer and room comfortable. Hotel has a weird smell, but at least not in the room. 2 stars as the TV was RCA, so no Netflix and the ice machine was not on the same floor. While I didn't have the breakfast, it looked properly prepared and tasty.

Would return and recommend. Very nice and clean room. Staff very friendly and amenities are better than most hotels we have stayed.
