I had a great experience at the front desk thanks to Joselin. She was very welcoming, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Her kindness and positive attitude made everything smooth and pleasant. It’s always nice to be received by someone who truly cares about providing excellent service. Rooms smell. Poor condition tub and shower. Mold/mildew on bathroom wall. Curtains would not fully close. Housekeeping turns AC off during the day. Cockroach woke me up at 2:30 a.m. crawling on my wrist. Desk chair with LH armrest missing.

Booked for 3 nights, only stayed one. There were multiple roaches in the first room. We went to the front office to get another room. When we let the lady at the front office know, she asked if we wanted some roach killing tablets, and then pulled them from right behind the counter. That let's me know that they KNOW they have a roach problem. We moved all of our stuff to the other side of the hotel, and we're in that new room for all of 10 minutes before we saw 3 new roaches. We went to the front office to try to get a refund. They outright refused and kept trying to rudely pressure us into getting a new room upstairs because "none of the rooms upstairs have roaches" We refused and left. Calling corporate gave us points, but they also refused a refund. There is also a SUPER loud train that

Joseline is a new employee and she absolutely wonderful!!! And she did a great job! I’ve been staying at this location for fours years and the rooms are great and the service is always nice! Love this location!
