Pictures below of what to expect. Overall disappointing. Stained bedding, dirty floors, cracked shower handle. The hot tub and pool were filthy. Sauna freezing cold and no gym to be seen like the one in the pictures. Front desk charged an $8 per night “cleaning fee” upon arrival after I had already booked and paid in full online. Bottom line this place is shady and not worth staying at. Much better options in the area

We came to this hotel because we were going to one of our cousins baby shower. We checked in and it didn’t look horrible from the outside. But when we walked into our room, it was a bit run down, we could hear the people upstairs all night just creaking, beds were clean though. Shower was hot, but when me and my family went to the swimming pool, it had a broken down filter. Leaked the smell of urine and the hot tub didn’t even have jets on at all. The pool wasn’t even heated. There were no bed bugs but I recommend not coming here with family. It says “kid friendly” but even though it said no smoking, It had the smell of smoke. Positive: "" Negative: There was an additional fee. She charged me 9.00 per day for amenities but charged another customer 8.00. The pool was ice cold which is an amenity that I got charged for. I asked if they could turn the heat up on the pool but nothing changed.

Everything felt outdated. The furniture, the facilities, even the atmosphere. The food was disappointing, room service was unresponsive, the Wi-Fi barely worked, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the property. Definitely not worth the price or the stay.

I’ve stayed in many, many motels and hotels and this was one of the worst surprises I’ve ever had. The pictures advertised a normal-looking motel room, with a normal window… didn’t expect much for the price. Instead I got a bizarre interior room, in a separate Groverhaus-style building, with no windows whatsoever - just two (presumably former) skylights with water damage that were boarded over. My two cents: at minimum, if you have undesirable interior rooms, these should be specifically called out as a separate category (and maybe price point?) when booking.
