Quality Inn & Suites Ferdinand

Our stay was excellent. The room was very tidy, and the beds were soft and cozy. Everything felt fresh and well-kept. The people at the front desk were nice and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. We also spent some time at the pool, which was great for relaxing. It is a wonderful place to stay if you want a clean space and friendly service. We really enjoyed our time here!

Do NOT stay here. The hallways smell like dirty cat litter. Floors are so dirty. We never saw or heard any staff use a vacuum. Our room floor was dirty and dark hairs were all over the room.sheets were stained, not even sure that they were changed. We booked 2 nights so our kids could enjoy Holiday world. First night there the kids couldnt sleep in bed, it was too close to the ac unit and freezing cold air blowing on them. They slept on the pull out couch. We noticed on day 2 that there was someone else's hair tye in the bed we didn't sleep in. The breakfast tasted plain and not good. The only plus was the taco bell and dunkin next door. The awful smell of the hotel was overwhelming. It was like a bad smell was trying to be covered by super strong air freshener. It made it hard to breathe. When we checked in, there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign to call 0 on a phone. Someone finally showed up but he wasn’t friendly. The room was missing several light bulbs and had two lights we couldn’t use because they flashed like strobe lights. The bed didn’t have a comforter. I would give the bed an average rating for comfort. Not great, but I’ve had worse. Would have been better with nicer linens. All we had was a sheet with a thin bed cover. I recently stayed at the Quality Inn and had an awesome experience. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. My room was really clean and comfy, which made it easy to relax after a long day. You can tell the housekeeping team does a great job. The whole place had a nice, chill vibe, and I felt taken care of the whole time. I’d definitely recommend the Quality Inn if you want good service and clean rooms. I’ll gladly stay here again on my next trip!
