Quality Inn & Suites Eldridge Davenport North

It was an ok experience. The hotel was easy to get to, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and plenty of parking. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The spot where our clothes were to hang essentially usable, but broken and the top two of three drawer dresser seemed to work as a team. If the second was opened the top one would open on its own. Also, the stool in the bathroom was very short so hard to use.

I have stayed in this hotel on multiple occasions and have begun to notice this portions are falling into a bit of disrepair and would benefit from some freshening. The pool area is perpetually in need of maintenance and the breakfast area offered the exact same items during all four days of my stay. Additionally, the first two rooms we were assigned had issues with the ceilings and carpeting. The third room, however, was in very good condition and was nice and quiet, so the hotel still has its good spots.

Very clean for the price. Warmest pool I've ever been in in a hotel. Very friendly and helpful. Needed an extended stay for a not so great situation and they were very accommodating. Hot tub out of order, like the majority of hotels in the area, but they have rooms with hot tubs if you needed one. Overall great value

Positive: Breakfast was amazing and staff was very, very friendly! Negative: The matress cover was stained. I don't think it was dirty, just stained. So kind of grossed us out. But, we just took it off, put the sheets back on and slept fine!

Although the rooms here are decent for a cost efficient hotel, the staff service and management is horrid. My mother had booked a room for me the night before the snowstorm hit. The roads were too hazardous to drive and hence, I needed a place to stay after getting off my shift at my job. In order to do this, she called the hotel and talked to a member of their staff who was the one that put the reservation in. At first, we thought that one night would be good; but we then decided it would be best to make the reservation for 2 nights, which she explained to the staff member. She had also explained to them as to what time I would be off work to show what time I would be there. They said it would not be an issue, that the reservation was set, and that I would just need to come in and check i
