Quality Inn & Suites Dumas

I don’t normally stay at Quality Inns. Took a chance on this one and I have to say it was quite nice. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Just what I needed after a day on the road. I also loved the Buddha under the “bodhi” tree outside. This didn’t affect my stay, but I will say to the manager there was quite a bit of standing water on the floor after my shower. It’s almost certainly bc the bottom guide rails for the glass shower divider aren’t caulked. Might want to do that or the repair cost will eventually be catastrophic, especially since I was on the second floor. (Room 203) I will say there are few food choices around, although there is a McDonald’s next door. That’s kind of Dumas’ fault though. Anyway would stay again!

Check-in quick and easy. Front desk person, Tonji, very friendly and accommodating. Room above average. Great value. Comfortable bed. Loved barn door to bathroom area! Shower was amazing!!! Check out easy. Again, extra praise for Tonji. Thank you for making the stay so great!

The rooms were updated, clean and comfortable. Priced very reasonably. Nice walk in shower. Breakfast had waffles which the kiddo loved. Love that they were not carpeted! The front desk staff was friendly too. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was because pool wasn’t open yet. Would most definitely stay again.

The place is top drawer. The beds, top notch. Air soft pillows. The rooms, the shower, bath. Everything is top notch. Clean and comfy. Microwave. Fridge. TV. Wifi. Cable. Decor beautiful. The only drawback was some guest decided to play loud music from 11 pm til 3 pm in the morning in the parking lot with the car doors open. And no one said a word. So. If ur up for that youd be good to go. I should have asked half a refund back for loss of sleep on a $100 stay.. kind of put a damper on a really nice place.

Had been driving over 2 hours looking for a hotel. Everything in Conway and Pine Bluff was booked due to special events. Kept driving south towards our destination (Mobile AL). Came upon Quality and the clerk was very friendly and our room was deluxe - king bed, walk in shower, kitchenette, dining table, love seat. It had definitely been renovated and updated. Continental breakfast was ok.
