Quality Inn & Suites Bozeman

Stayed here overnight and overall had a really positive experience. The staff was excellent—super friendly, helpful, and genuinely made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. They went out of their way to answer questions about the area and even recommended some local spots we loved. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise—great selection with hot options that were fresh and tasty every morning. Nothing fancy, but definitely better than your average hotel continental spread. The indoor pool was clean and well-maintained, which was a nice bonus after a long day. The room itself was simple and a bit worn around the edges (some dated fixtures and minor wear on the furniture), but it was spotlessly clean and comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Everything worked as it should—no complain

Extremely loud ac/heater, gross bathroom, the corners and cracks aren’t clean, disgusting to sit on toilet and look at the grossness. The black female working the breakfast area that wears red running shoes on the morning of Oct 18th, was rude and passive aggressive and very very unwelcoming and rude. My trip to Bozeman was perfect except for your hotel. The gentleman that greeted us at front on the 17th was very nice and helpful. But not enough to save this hotel from the 1 rating.

So i was little worried when booking the room but when i arrived the lady that checked me in was so nice. She also worked the next morning when i was checking out on 13th december and was literally the nicest person ever. The room is old but smelled really fresh and was clean. The bathroom was clean and didnt have any old stains on the bathtub like some other even newer hotels have. Overall for the price i think its really good value!

Positive: Quiet room, extremely clean, very helpful and courteous staff. Fair price. Negative: Vending machine was inoperable, but close to gas station convenience stores and Walmart

I accidentally booked this hotel thinking it was a different one, but I was pleasantly surprised with how happy I was with it. The lady doing breakfast made it all worth it. She was kind, had it ready early, and welcomed us in a couple minutes early. Thanks for making this a pleasant stay. She deserves a raise.
