Quality Inn & Suites Bethany

I stay here once a month for work travels, it is definitely not the nicest hotel but it is convenient. Every room that I have stayed in so far has maintenance issues. The latest room the faucet in the shower was so loose, that I nearly pulled it off the wall while showering.

The hot tub doesn’t work and they don’t heat the indoor pool. The breakfast was mediocre. Avoid the hard gator tots and thin, sausage gravy. Sausage and eggs were good. The room was clean and comfortable!

Would not stay there again. Older hotel in need of thorough cleaning of hall carpets, better sound dampening between rooms. Rooms are small, beds ok, tub was slick and moderate tilt toward drain that could cause one to slip. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was ok.

I was very disappointed in this stay. It was way overpriced for the room. My tv didn’t work. I had to let my grandson watch Netflix on my phone. The bed was very hard. The breakfast wasn’t good at all. The eggs and gravy were runny. The sausages were not done. Very disappointed!!! I paid a little over $122 for this room that should’ve been around $40-50 range.

The breakfast was terrible… the waffle batter tasted odd, like it was about to ferment and was watered down! The link sausages had to have been reheated as the ones on my plate were hard to stab with my plastic fork and dried out on the inside; the tots were cold. However, the room was clean and comfortable!
