Terrible and Unsafe Experience – Do NOT Stay Here My stay at Quality Inn & Suites Airport/Cruise Port Hollywood (Ft Lauderdale Airport FLL South) was absolutely unacceptable from start to finish. The property looked dangerous the moment I arrived. I genuinely feared for my safety the entire time. The room was extremely cold and uncomfortable, and the overall condition felt more like a rundown motel than a hotel. There was hair in the shower, which immediately made me question the cleanliness standards. It did not feel sanitary at all. Check-in was late and disorganized. The staff was not helpful and showed no concern when I expressed how uncomfortable I felt. I even requested to move to another hotel and offered to pay the difference myself just to feel safe and comfortable, but there w

When I first walked in, it was very nice, clean and frilly. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I really appreciated that. They did call me by my name. It's Edwards, they reminded me that they do have a little complimentary breakfast in the morning, the time that they have it and everything also let me know the time of checkout. If I need it to stay a couple of minutes longer, let them know way ahead of time. The room that he gave me was on the 2nd floor it was nice, clean and I loved it. It was very quiet there. No, no traffic noise _ood_ from outside. It was just very homely and pleasant. I really appreciated everything that they've done for me and I will come back and stay again. Thank you

I had a great stay. Felt appreciated, felt safe, felt private. Enjoyed the ability to take long and comfortable walks in the adjacent neighborhoods. Couldn’t have been happier. Loved the cleaning staff (sisters), cute as they could possibly be!! I’ll be back in November for another week.

I planned for 5 days and didn't aware about bedbugs, roches here in this hotel. On 3rd day, observed itching on my legs and later on its spread on body and did early check out.. Still after one week returning I am having bad itching. And about airport shuttle, I called in afternoon and front desk guy said that once you land and collect your bags we have to call them and shuttle will come. And I called them after collecting bags they said it will take minimum 45 mins and scold on phone that why I didn't book in advance.. this is really scam.. they don't want to book in advance and then scold to us. And same happened while returning, I asked them to book in noon and then booked for next day.. finally took uber and didn't wait for shuttle. Please avoid to stay here if you can.

The garden Inn in Hollywood Fl. was one of the worst motels I think I have stayed in. There were no pictures on the wall, The furniture was very sparse and there was a leak in the bathroom. The bed was OK, but that’s about all.
