Quality Inn & Suites

I gave this nasty place one star so that I could warn ppl not to put yourself @ risk. Way below substandard practices. Don't be fooled by the website pics. A family member warned me those were taken when the hotel 1st opened. You can tell by the photos it is the same place but it doesn't look nearly as well kept as what the photos depict. Great that there is someone nice at the front desk but nice does not equate into decency for standard practices. Idk who gave this place a decent or good review but they obviously do not have a good concept of what is acceptable.....neither does the owner of this place ➡️ Quality Inn on Hwy 49, Hattiesburg Mississippi.

Room was not up to your usual standards. The window curtains were falling off the wall, would not close properly. This was the 2nd room due to the door knob falling off 1st on and door would not open. Also our chair was so dirty we would not sit on it. The remote didn't work properly had to turn on and off and volume with buttons on the side. Luckily the channel guide did work. Bathroom had missing baseboard in places and old mold in grout around tub. Did not use shower. The only good thing was the bed, it was comfortable and clean.

The only positive thing about my stay was the lady at the front desk. She was very nice. But as soon as I got there to check in, a guy backed into one of the hotel rooms and shattered the window. Then when I finally got to my room the TV didn't work so I moved to another room and the air didn't work! At this point I was too tired to move again being that it was 2am and I had just gotten of a long flight. Overall, I really would like a refund. Zero out of Ten would definitely not recommend.

Positive: "" Negative: The first room we got the bathroom light was night working properly. The second room they moved us to was not clean at all. We found hair in the shower, the conditioner was empty, crumbs on the end table by the bed and food was left in the microwave.

Bed was very comfortable, heater worked well, room noise level was good. The light by the ac, the one on the left side of the bed did not work. The entry door was very hard to lock. The tub had mold all the top edge. The microwave did not work. The tv did not have a signal.
