Quality Inn Spring Mills - Martinsburg North

I don't understand the other reviews unless they were disgruntled. but I had room 315 I stayed one night and everything was fabulous everything was clean as soon as I walked in the door I was hoping it was going to be the same in my room and it was. I had no problem with it I will be coming back to it on my way home.

Not impressed at all. Always had to wait for the only person working there to finish what ever he was doing for a long time. To finally come out of the back room to help us at 2 in the afternoon. We came back with dinner Sunday night and the same employee was having family dinner with his whole family (about) 10 in the lobby with the sign up once again that he was out assisting someone when it was him serving the pizza to his family. Love the idea of family dinner but a space where no one else could use the area. Not once did we see anyone at the front desk when we were there. Had to wait every time. I think he was the only employee. Hence the reason the breakfast set up still was not cleaned up in the evening hours. Could not bring my self to have the breakfast at all in the morning beca

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!|This place is disgusting, it has had a re model but it has been done very badly. They have just painted over the dirt.|We arrived to find stained bedcovers and the pillows were filthy. The bathroon counter tops were also dirty.|Breakfast was a joke, no bread, no milk, no napkins, the guy was just sat behind the front desk when he should have been in the breakfast area checking and re stocking the items, when a guest asked for napkins he only brought out six , there was 8 guests at breakfast!|There was a strange creepy man wandering about the corridoors who got into the elevator with us a couple of times, if my husband wasn't with me I would have not felt |comfortable getting in the elevator.....Turns out he was the general manager.|I only wish that I had read the rev

Wasn't very happy about my interaction with front desk clerk. I was visiting a friend, that recently released from hospital. I was told I was only aloud to visit for 10 minutes at first then he made it 20. This forced us to have to leave in order for us to spend time together. I thought if you paid for a room you should be able to do as you want within reason, as long as you are not disturbing anyone you should be able to do as you like.

Everything was great from the start to the end. The room was so clean and the bed felt like mine at home. Breakfast was amazing and Front desk was helpful and very professional. I would return next time I'm in the area. 10/10
