Quality Inn Shelburne - Burlington

Positive: Was happy to see there was a washer and dryer in the building. The room was clean and comfortable. I really loved the heater in the bathroom, keeping it cozy. Negative: I could hear the people above walking all around through the night. Also, I did not like the fact the pool and whirlpool were in a different building than I was in. I would have to go out in the freezing cold to the other building, so....I did not go.

I I am a disabled woman and have stayed at the quality Inn in Shelburne for the last two months through all of the holidays from Thanksgiving, my birthday, Christmas, and New Year's. The staff and manager have been amazingly helpful and kind. Christine Lamothe, manager, has demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities by covering the front desk and allowing her staff to celebrate the each holiday. Front desk staff including Davene Reid, Sunny Patel, T. J. Wesson have gone out of their way to help me with my Wi-Fi, getting important documents faxed and copied. Luis Lugo, maintenance manager has had to come and fix a blown fuse in my room at dinner time on a holiday. Everyone sang happy birthday to me in the lobby. I was embarrassed but deeply moved. We had a great stay. There were some concerns, yet the front desk took care of them perfectly. We want to stay in room 165 every time we stay at The Quality Inn on Shelburne Road because it was an amazing room, with a very clean look and feel, even with the couple issues, we loved the space with the sleep-sofa couch, the full-size tub, and the separated kitchenette area, even though it was just a coffee pot, refrigerator, and microwave, we loved it. Ny fiancé soon to be wife wants to do our honeymoon there, in room 165!!! Thank you so much for the great stay!!!

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub were closed. The gym was dark and dank with flickering lights that made it hard to work out. The food was standard but decent. The location was worth it. Everything was only a short distance away.

It is close to B'ton and has a pool, hot tub, and gym. Our room was large, and had a balcony with a nice view. Free breakfast, but the lowest quality possible. Then there's the bad. No vending machines. No food, drinks, or snacks for sale, even though advertised. Throughout the building is evidence it was once a nice place, but has obviously been neglected and run down into a deplorable state. The lobby is fresh and clean and bright, but the hallways and rooms are another story. Even though it was supposedly a non smoking room, it stank of smoke. Unfortunately, it wasn't until after swimming and showering that I discovered the carpet was damp and STICKY. My feet were literally sticking to the sheets after walking from the shower to the bed.
