Quality Inn Savannah South

The hotel is older and it shows. The room was clean, but needed some TLC (ripped fabric on the chair, peeling paint, etc); the walls and ceiling are thin and the showerhead is ancient (water pressure was ok); the faucet on the sink is new but so close to the back of the sink that one can not even wash their hands. In the shower was body lotion instead of body wash...ooops. Bed was comfortable and A/C worked well.|Breakfast was very basic and needed to be tended to much better.

Drove 10 hours for a funeral and the room was nasty. Blood stained pillowcases, table had sticky substance, blanket stained, and towels was dirty. If I could give it a zero star I would.

While we appreciate the clean room with a fridge and microwave we were very unhappy to find out we wouldn't get full breakfast service during our stay. We specifically picked this hotel for that reason. If we had chose the other hotel we would have saved $124 dollars on our bill which included an AARP discount. Not having a full breakfast service costed us extra money during our trip which wasn't budgeted for. Next visit to Savannah we will be looking at other hotels to compare more.

Because we were in a non smoking room for a reason but yet the neighbors were smoking so much marijuana that is completely filled or room with smoke. And yes the front desk was notified but didn’t make any difference. Then I got the room with a jacuzzi and it literally worked long enough to get in and sit down then it quit.

Very courteous manager. The only reason I rated this at an 8 was their breakfast for the weekend the opening was 7 not 6. The other, and I find this true with most inns, that have heating/cooling that it is hard to regulate correctly and blows toward the bed. This inn was clean and the bed was super. I look forward to my next visit.
