Quality Inn Savage - Bloomington West

Other than the mold smell in the pool and the small bathroom the room was decent. The beds were comfortable the shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. However there were other guests smoking down the hall from us, it was so bad we put a towel to block the gap on the floor so it didn't come in our room. We asked the clerk to please ask the owner for a refund as my sister and I suffer from asthma and I had an attack just walking down the hall. No word back as of time of review.

We have had issues with this hotel on numerous occasions and this time was no exception. We kept giving this location a chance because it is convenient but we will no longer be staying here. When I booked the room about 6 months ago, I requested a 1st floor room. My confirmation said 1st floor room, my reminder email stated 1st floor room and when the extremely unfriendly woman checked us in, we were given room 212. I told her I had requested a 1st floor room but we just took what she gave us. When my husband was in the lobby later on, she stated she could give us a 1st floor room "No Problem" but we had already unpacked so we stayed. We then left for our event. Best quality Inn I’ve ever stayed at by far. Whoever owns this place takes extreme pride in the quality of their property. Very friendly customer service oriented staff as well. Very nice rooms everything is kept up very clean from the rooms to the public areas like the pool and lobby. Rooms are updated and contemporary nice big TVs. Very comfy beds . You won’t feel like you’re staying at a budget friendly hotel. Breakfast is basic like most quality inns but it’s very well kept everything is warm that should be It’s nice and neat and clean. The quality inn corporation should use this hotel as their standard. As someone that does a lot of business travel and vacation travel I will definitely use this hotel again!

We have stayed here twice and will not be back. We arrived late and there was no parking. The guy at check in was trying to be helpful and offered us his spot. It was extremely loud in the evenings. The breakfast was standard with barely any seating, but they don’t want you to take it to the room. The whole hotel feels damp and musty. The pool was decent and the hot tub was working. We were flying in and out flight was delayed by 3 hours. I appreciated the call to check in on us and make sure we were still coming.

It has hot breakfast that's really good, and weekends it's even better with eggs and sausage added. They have a pool and hot tub indoor of course. The rooms are okay they are clean with fresh linens. My husband and I went to the pool and hot tub today while it was snowing 🌨 and it was such a beautiful scenery... ❤️❤️❤️ I think this hotel takes state pay homeless people which is great because people aren't out in the elements this brutal winter, but they had a guest across the hall from me that was clearly on drugs and was throwing all these nasty piles of dirty gross soiled clothing in his doorway so his little dog would climb ove top the clothing and urinate on the walls in the hallway.
