Quality Inn Russellville

I book my room for 4 days, pay ahead of time, check in around 4. I notice construction workers but didn't think too much of it as I had to get to work. Next morning, this morning they start at 7am hammering and banging right outside my door waking me up. I let it go and leave for work. I arrive back a little after 5pm and they have their equipment, ladders, and themselves in front of my room door. They are using a very loud nail gun, hammers, and radio directly outside window. I call front desk and they are not helpful at all. Said they would "get back to me", now 30 mins plus later nothing has happened but a head ache for me. They are still outside door banging away. The clerks were very professional both at check in and check out. We like the fact we can park at out door and not do steps, as it is difficult for us. Room was clean. A nice refrigerator and microwave was supplied in our two queen bed room as well as a table and two chairs. The beds were comfortable and the bath room clean. The breakfast had scrambled eggs, waffles, bacon and biscuits with butter, jelly and honey. Gravy would have been a nice addition, but we did ok. Cereal, bread, muffins, and yogurt was also available. Enough to get you started. There is a nice family restaurant across the street. We would stay again. The price was a little higher than we would have paid in Bowling Green for a similar room, but since I only found two hotels in Russellville, I understand suppl

I booked online for 4 nights. Was not informed that construction was taking place. My room was directly in the middle of the construction. It was horrible to say the least. I had to walk through construction and step over tools to get to my room. There was extremely load work and workers music playing well into the evening and starting at 6am. I called the front desk who said they would call me back shortly and never did. Every day and night was horrible as I heard nails hit my room door and random music blasting. I put a review online and will continue as I have videos and pictures of what I had to endure. My company paid for this room as they would many more. That will not happen again. Facility was way overpriced. Desk was unmanned and owner has elected to use a virtual check-in station in place of the employee normally stationed at the Desk. Hot breakfast was waffle only and no fruit. The lacking of amenities noted could be condoned if not for the $146 bill per night.

The rooms were surprisingly nice and clean. Beds were comfortable.
