Quality Inn Raeford

I want to start by say how amazing everyone is in Raeford and Fayetteville, they are the most amazing and kind host I ever been to they made my vacation amazing. The Quality Inn vas very comfortable and relaxing. The hotel was booked but yet very quiet and enjoyable it felt like we were the only people there I rested so well. So many sub par items! Bathroom door sticks Toilet seat loose Very hard to keep the “breakfast line moving in that set up. Very noisy most of the night with people partying with room doors open. Loud vehicles throughout the night with bass booming in the parking lot.

We were in town for a week to visit our Army son who lives in Raeford. Our hotel room was very comfortable and clean. On day 6 of our stay, the AC had frozen up and soaked the carpet in our room. The hotel staff was so nice and accommodating and got us into another ground floor room as soon as possible. The hotel staff were always friendly when we came in each morning for our coffee fixings. We will stay here again on a visit.

I was leery to book based on previous reviews, but those reviews couldn’t be farther from the truth. My experience was nothing like what other travelers experienced. I found an extremely clean well appointed room. I do understand that this location is under new management, and has gone through a remodel. Management was very hands in, front desk staff were on point, pleasant, and helpful. The room was in excellent condition. The bed (non smoking King) was very comfortable and supportive, I slept well, the rooms air conditioner/heat unit worked flawlessly there were plenty of linens for bathing, the shower had plenty of pressure, no issues with hot water at all. Though the hotel is old and has its imperfections due to age, it was still more than I expected. The rooms were cleaned every day, the staff were wonderful, though I went out for breakfast almost every day, it was just as advertised, (Even though I had read many comments on how limited it was) If you want a full breakfast, know that you’ll be paying for a full kitchen and cook. The room was affordable, bed and pillows comfortable, and though I read about bugs, not a single bug in sight the whole week.
