Quality Inn Pleasant View

Hotel was nice and it was clean. However the WiFi was not allowing me to get on the internet with my laptop top. Lady at the front desk said that it works with phones and tablets but does not work with laptops. Never have run into that before.

Our recent stay at this Quality Inn was not a good one, for several reasons. The toilet in our room was dirty. The small bar of soap was not replaced when it needed to be, and I had to request one from the front desk. We drank the "regular" coffee provided in the room, only to have it replaced with "decaf." The breakfast also left a lot to be desired. The coffee there was almost undrinkable. The "eggs" (is that what they were?) were terrible. On the positive side, the yogurt was good, and the waffles and syrup were good. We won't stay here again unless we are really desperate.

The accommodations were very comfortable, and the personnel were friendly and efficient. The only minus was the room heater, which would not shut off when the desired temperature was reached. It had to be shut off manually and then restarted when needed.

Check in was great, quick and easy. The front desk lady was very sweet and helpful. You can get breakfast early. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was great. It’s tucked away in a small quiet place. Small parking lot. There is no big sign, you might miss it. There are two fuel stations right next door. Big lot for doggy to play. Easy access to the interstate.

Disgusting!!!! Absolutely disgusting! Lock broken off door (staff at front desk said 9 out of 10 rooms have broken locks and doors) the bed were soaked in urine 20+ yellow stains on both bed covers. Both beds had blood all over them. There was other people belonging in the drawers. Carpets were nasty, toilet dirty. I’ve never seen a room as bad. Checked out within 10 minutes of checking in. The very rude staff refused to give a refund.
