Quality inn piedras Negras

The sheets were stained & the room smelled horrible. Like a mens public urinal. Not sure if it was the ac unit humidity or actual urine but it stank. We always book here but were not sure if we will return this time

The location was great , easy to get to. The security guards and maintance staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff on site was extremely accomodating and polite. The food was okay. The front desk staff did their job but did not go out of their way to be hospitable or friendly. We traveled with teenagers so we reserved a one bedroom suite. However, the cost of a one bedroom suite was extremely overpriced for the room. I would recommend folks consider two standard rooms (which would of been cheaper). Another unfortunate event during our stay was the remodeling of bathrooms, We had a beautiful view of old commodes and tubs lined up against the wall. If you need a clean place to stay that offers a buffet breakfast with the room, stay there.

This is our second time staying! & we love it. Clean beds, big pool kids love it! Also open till late. Great location. Breakfast is GREAT! Real breakfast Delicious Will stay every time we come!

We have been staying at this hotel since the mid 1980s. We love the pool and it’s always kept up in a beautiful condition. The rooms have been remodeled and that makes a big difference. The staff is always very courteous and helpful and once again we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was really nice and clean ...staff was excellent and breakfast was amazing 😍
