Quality Inn Ozark-Springfield South

The hotel was good enough to provide a bed and shower which was all that I needed. Location was a great area and I felt safe. Just check to make sure the smoke detector in your room is not covered up with kleenex or toilet paper. Room was clean enough. TV service was more than adequate. Pool area looked really nice but I did not use it. Staff was very friendly. The reason for the 4 star review on the Room and Service was because of the smoke detector issue did not get resolved while I was staying there with ample time to complete. Salvatore's Italian Restaurant was really delicious!

The mattress was horrible. Every little move I made, the whole mattress moved. It was almost like I was on a waterbed. Also, there really wasn't any safety bars in the shower. The only bar that could barely pass for one was around knee level or below, so you had to bend to grab it. Very unpleasant shower experience. Plus, there wasn't even a shower liner, so when I finished my shower, there was water on the floor outside the shower. There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Also, the outlet didn't hold a plug very well, It kept falling out. My keycard to the room did not work the next day after an excursion. Had to go to the main desk for them to reactivate the card. The motel was a bit stuffy. Other than the annoyances, overall not too bad. I like

I would like to state that this was the cleanest quality Inn that I have stayed at since 2015. The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean. I had zero issues whatsoever, and I travel a lot. I would highly recommend to everyone. The last quality Inn that I stayed at in 2015 I vowed never to stay at one again, it was disgusting. But staying at this place in Ozark Missouri has helped change my mind. It was late at night. I had been up since 3 AM and the front desk staff was so nice and helpful. I 100% recommend.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Originally we were going to stay 4 nights, but we went home early because our key card kept deactivating and if we had to go to the desk 1 more time to have it activated, we would have went off our rockers. Room was clean. Breakfast was not freshly made, just leftovers from the day before nuked. Yuk! Nuked eggs. Coffee was terrible. Staff didn't say anything about our key deactivating 100 times. They acted like this is just how it is. Then when we told them we were going home a day early, they changed us a $35.00 fee. I would not recommend them nor would I go back. The elevator was broke so we asked for a first floor room. They said they were booked, so we took the upstairs room. Drug all our things up the stairs. But there were definitely only 2 cars in

If your room is on the second floor, be prepared to drag all of your luggage, children, food, and anything else UP & DOWN THE STAIRS. Good luck if you have a wheelchair, walker, brace, crutches, are elderly or have a disability. We booked a King suite with Hot Tub in the room. The room was very large however the TV was about the size of my laptop screen. It was so tiny and our room so big, that it was useless. It was impossible to read anything on screen (apps, guide) unless standing right in front of the TV. The clothing Iron was messed up. Even on a lower setting it immediately burned a button-down police uniform. Water does not drain from the sinks like they should. T
