Quality Inn Othello

On a road trip needed to find a simple place to stay for the night. This place was affordable good location to the highway. The entire hotel was very clean. Linens and bedding were very comfortable and plentiful. Shower was great. Sharon Diane and Carlos were outstanding employees. Carlos worked front desk and the breakfast room and servicing it with a smile ! checking in the late afternoon was very pleasant, she was helpful when we ask for an additional chair for our room. One drawback was apparently the pool has been down for a long time, and it's still on different websites. That is an important item when we're traveling with children or on a very hot day. Not many option to be honest. But we have stayed at a number of older Choice hotels and this is better than many. Room did not smell, no broken fixtures, and no mildew or rot. Morning guy taking care of the breakfast area was very attentive and courteous.

I had a quiet and comfortable stay. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't give the highest rating is that I can't imagine anyone ever asking me for a hotel recommendation.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Sharon (Othello Quality Inn) is very knowledgeable and helpful. She has a VERY positive attitude that makes the stay very enjoyable.
