Quality Inn Oskaloosa

The rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The building was quiet and comfortable. I will definitely be returning to visit my son at William Penn!

I had a great stay at this motel! The room looked new, clean, and exactly like the online photos. The customer service was outstanding: professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They even let me stay in my room past 11am while I waited for my ride to the airport, which they absolutely didn’t have to do. I really appreciated that extra kindness. Definitely recommend!

Staff doesn’t speak English. Our booking somehow got cancelled 3 different times before our stay. Thank goodness for email. When we arrived at 8pm we were waiting for 15-20 minutes just for the front desk person to try and remember his password to log into the computer. Our room was loud the entire night due to us being next to the lobby on the 1st floor AND our neighbors who were up until 1:30am celebrating and playing music loudly. Checkout was the easiest thing. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. My husband, his family, and my grandparents used the Oskaloosa Ever Spring and not only did they have better prices but they didn’t have a single problem.

Room was mostly clean, hair left in the bathtub drain but everything else was clean, included breakfast but the juice machine was out of juice for all the flavors and the waffle mix was too watery to make a waffle. Quiet.
