Quality Inn New London

Unable to switch payment form to a card offerring rewards. Cable channel guide was useless as it was completely incorrect. Had two rooms and both had a nasty odor. Breakfast was poor, eggs cold, bagels stale, no danish or muffins or doughnuts. Have family in New London and would not return to this hotel.

It was good quality and what service I did receive was good. However when I arrived there wasn’t much toilet paper and no replacement rolls and I was a bit disappointed to find out that there was no service available on the TV to sign into streaming services or even share my screen to the TV. There was also no body wash for showering which made me uncomfortable. The AC didn’t work very well. When I did call for more toilet paper the front desk was quick to answer and deliver which was nice. Overall, good service but a few minor things disappointed me.

The hotel was clean The room was cozy bed comfortable. Bathroom was very small. Breakfast was not what we expected. I’m lactose intolerant, so I couldn’t have certain foods. They had no oatmeal packets out and no peanut butter for toast.

The hotel is run down and needs some upgrades. The rooms were clean however the hotel was musty. Pool and hot tub need some major cleaning. Breakfast was slim pickings, I think the pancake mix was old as they tasted sour. No one at the front desk most of the time, however when we did run into them, they were friendly. I think they are new owners and have a lot of work ahead of them to succeed. They are the owners and workers as they cleaned the rooms and made the breakfast. I think their dad was helping too. I will return once they are settled in and make some much needed changes, like steam clean the carpets.

My stay was pleasant and comfortable. Staff was attentive, rooms were clean. My king bed was on the stiffer side, which I prefer, but heads up for guests who crave luxurious softness. I slept well. I felt incredibly safe.
