Quality Inn Near Princeton

The location near the mall is honestly perfect. Staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful. But the hotel is genuinely disgusting and the manitenance/cleaning staff needs either replacing or retraining. Not only are they loud, they are just bad at cleaning. They woke me up 3 days in a row with loud music, speaking, or movements outside my door. One of those times it wasn't even 6AM and they were smacking around a garbage bag to replace the bins in the hallway. The room is was awful and not cleaned thoroughly. There was trash from previous guests (including food waste like spilled peanuts and used napkins/tissues/qtips) was behind the end tables and the dresser. The shower head was so caked up with dirt that came out when the shower was running and prevented water from flowing through

Excellent service clean room awesome view very quiet no hooker's or roaches like at the Red Roof across the street which I was disrespected at because I was honoring a fallen service member. The Red Roof staff should take classes from the staff here on how to treat American people. Also bus and mall are right here you do not have to cross dangerous route 1 to get to them. Very happy with my stay and will return as long as check out is the same as check in.

Not easy to get to from US 1 south: you must either go through the mall parking lot and then come around by the car dealerships or go all the way down to I-295 and use some ramps to "turn around." Interior corridors. Carpeted floors. Great shower in the bathroom. Firm but comfortable bed. The HVAC system is very old; the one in my room still worked but barely. There was a bright light outside my 4th floor window that made it hard for me to sleep. There are better hotels nearby, but most of them are more expensive. Overall, this hotel is passable for the price.

Stayed here on a Saturday night by myself. Outside of hotel seemed fine. Lobby basic. Hallways seemed clean and immaculate. Room not so much. King room. Tight quarters. Bathroom was bright and had an exhaust for steam. Shampoo, lotion, and soap provided. Bathtub area was not clean enough for me. Did not shower! Bed and pillows were comfortable. Comforter torn, sheets had cigarette burn. Could have used a little more light in the room. Big fridge which was nice. Microwave as well. Furniture was chipped. Phone was gross. Curtain tracks stuck a bit. Desk chair had stain on the seat. Location convenient to everything.

The staff were great. Very helpful and polite. I had a road accident on the way home to NC, this was the hotel that the tow truck driver brought me and my bike to. I called a friend to come and get me the rest of the way home so my stay was around 12 hours total but in that time the staff were polite and helpful with information and advice. The room was quiet, clean and everything was well maintained. Despite being somewhat bruised and sore from my adventure I was able to get some sleep before my friend arrived. I checked out well before breakfast so I can’t rate that.
