On the PLUS side, the bed was comfortable, and the room was pretty clean, although there was a used dirty plastic cup stacked with the clean ones. If all you're looking for is a place to come in late at night, fall into bed, get up early and hit the road - it would be fine. But because of our afternoon appointments, we got to the hotel about 6:00 to spend the evening. - No side chair or easy chair in our HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE room. Handicap people need a comfortable chair - not just an office chair. We were told "this room doesn't come with a chair." Why? Do we have to pay extra for a chair? I borrowed a chair from the dining room just to have a place for both of us to sit. The lobby was torn up and all the furniture covered due to a broken water pipe I guess. I know that can't be helped,

Very horrible experience. Horrible people. Our house burnt down and we had to stay here for a month and after we left, the owner and manager charged us $950 for a broken lamp, missing clock, and smoking in the rooms! We don't smoke at all, the lamp was broken the day we got there and we never had an alarm clock but we informed the manager and they said don't worry! Because our insurance paid for the rooms they decided to make up bs charges that they were already informed about on the first day!! Only to get more money. Please dont stay here there's a LOT of prostitution here that they look over as well. The pool also stays dirty and they only wash sheets once a week no matter how many people have slept in those beds in that one week! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE THAN HERE!! 😤😤😡

This hotel was absolutely disgusting and the Manager, Nicole was incredibly rude. To start, when you walked in the hotel, there was a terrible smell inside. But after driving 5 1/2 hours to get here, my sister and I just let it go. Then we find out there’s no elevator. When we got into our room, we sat down on the bed and noticed there were cheeto stains all over the comforter. And the smell was even worse in our room. The pillows were yellow up against the white comforter with make up and stains all over them. And then the cherry on top was when ants started crawling on my sister. We decided to leave after 10 minutes of being in our room. Nicole refused to refund us and only offered to move rooms. But we didn’t wanna stay in a hotel they had bugs which we told her. We called booking.com T

Positive: Nothing Negative: The manager Nicole is the rudest manager I have ever met. The smell in the hallway. The side door card reader missing making open access for anyone to be able to enter. This hotel way over priced

My wife stayed here while her mother had surgery. Rooms needed updating and were not very clean, coffee was not drinkable, and people were in the parking lot that looked like they were up to no good. Just not a good place to stay.
