Quality Inn Manassas

Positive: The bed was really king size but very soft, possibly due to age.The cleaning staff were most excellent. they made the place worthy of my stay. The male front desk staff were also very nice. However, the person who checked me in was the weakest link. Negative: Yes. Only coffee is served for breakfast or placed in rooms. This is not fair to non-coffee drinkers. There should be option of tea or cocoa drink, especially for guests with children. Milk in a flask, poured by everyone is a recipe for health issues.

We stayed there this past week. Room was about what we expected, beds were ok. Young lady at the desk that night was very nice. Our issue the next morning was "breakfast." A waffle iron, 4 yogurts, half dozen small boxes of cereal and a bowl of apples was it. Coffee was empty. The guy sitting behind the desk eventually came out to make more coffee but that was it. Not at all impressive.

Horrible the guy that check you in has no nicest at all!! For $127 dollars that room is not worth it!! The bed sink in the middle!! Thr sink just ran and ran water every where. Then when i got up and saw cockroaches.. stay way away from there. The sirens all night long. People walking around the parking lot.Need a huge update i stay at way better hotels for way less money!! And we are a platinum one of the worst hotel we stay at and we travel weekly!! TAKE YOUR MONEY SOME WHERE ELSE WE ARE STAYING DOWN HERE FOR A WEEK AND WALK OUT AN LEFT AND WILL FIND SOME WHERE ELSE TO TAKE OUR MONEY NOW.

The staff, there is not enough food for breakfast. Breakfast has only two things. Waffle and coffee, no eggs. The room was dusty, I had to clean it myself because I had a toddler with me.

I’ve stayed at this hotel on September 24 to the 28th. It’s not a bad hotel. The rooms aren’t really up-to-date. One of the only reasons I’m giving this hotel 4 to 5 stars on Service was due to the fact that the reception is the evening receptionist WILLOW was very attentive to me and my family, including after we checked out, my mother had left the personal item of my deceased sister there and the hotel staff was able to retrieve it. WILLOW held onto it until I had it picked up.. I appreciate what she has done and I wish her the best in our future endeavors..
