Quality Inn Loudon-Concord

So I've stayed here a few years ago. It was decent. But not anymore. It's rundown. There's a truck in the parking lot missing a tire. I think it's under new management. As of February 2026 the pool is closed until the spring. This is something they should make known. Booked this hotel for a getaway to swim and unwind during a cold and snowy winter. Very upsetting.. also had the Jacuzzi suite. Tub didn't hold water. WiFi doesn't work Also it's more than likely a hotel for low income/homeless. Which I get. It's cheap. It's what you pay for.

This is a very lovely hotel and experience. No complaints about anything... The purpose of my stay is essentially covering the time gap between home and my hospice bed/admission. Due to snow, my admission continues to be postponed but this hotel has been accommodating with me extending my stay. I'm sure it's just because rooms are available etc but it is hassle free, no sneak attack fees or unnecessary steps. Staff A+, friendly, professional and kind. It is difficult to review because there is nothing negative and nothing extravagant...just delightful, smooth, safe, reasonable all around. I would definitely stay here again...unless I get charged for my service dog. Lol. There are dogs here but for a fee, 15 a night,, but mine is an actual service dog. Anyway, I recommend this hotel over so

Positive: "" Negative: The pool was closed to further notice. Did not know that till I arrived! All ice machines didn’t work, breakfast was only till 9:30, the shower in our room didn’t drain properly.

Booked a room for 9 nights, asked for room with 2 beds. When we got there the front desk person proceeded to assign us a room. She gave me the keys and directed me to the stairs. I asked where the elevator was and was informed that the facility did not have an elevator. Had I known this up front I would specifically have requested a first floor room. After a lot of scrambling and looking we were booked into a pet friendly room on the first floor. Room was fine except for the sheet metal shroud around the bottom of the bed. Extremely noisy and annoying when your foot or anything bumps it. The room we had shared a wall with the breakfast area. You can hear the person readying breakfast from around 5am onward. The breakfast is the same thing every single day. A little variety would be nice.

Bathroom was only swept clean. Bathtub has never(?) seen bleach. Hotel rooms used to be smoking (X years ago), they painted over, but you can tell. Beds were ok. In unit HVAC so-so. Morning included breakfast was good.
