Quality Inn Los Lunas - Albuquerque South

Liked the room and everything worked well, but I'm getting tired of showing up at your motels where they put a $100 security hold on your account at your bank. Just one more hassle that traveling, working people have to manage. Unless your motel is noticeably cheaper or better than a close by competitor, this annoying policy will influence my future stays. No other brands I've stayed at in the last few months have done this to me.

The room was mostly clean. It could use a deep cleaning, especially the bath tub. The wi-fi signal was so weak we were not able to connect to it. Breakfast was pretty good.

Would not recommend this place to anybody! I’ve had dirty rooms previously here but figured I’d give them another try and i regretted it. The older guy with glasses accused my husband of smoking in the room and started arguing right away. He stated he seen him smoking outside which was fine but god forbid the smell was on his clothes they wanted to keep the deposit. We left the room very clean, DIDN'T smoke in it, and had all the trash together but still got harassed. Also that morning I went for breakfast and the fruit was old and disgusting looking, and my yogurt was expired by a week! I attached the picture of my yogurt to show what it looked like. This older guy is money hungry, very judgmental, and rude all around. He needs to manage his motel better and learn how to respect the guest

We were in Los Lunas for a birthday party and decided to book this motel last minute. It’s located right off the interstate, and we were somewhat aware of what we were getting when we booked a room here. ||Unfortunately, every other hotel was booked due to a convention in town. So, the motel needed some upgrades. The room smelled like smoke, so we informed the front desk to avoid any charges. The room was clean, but it was outdated, including the restroom and a very small TV. ||All in all, we knew what we were getting, and it wasn’t bad for a night.

Very good service, we arrived Saturday night, Sunday morning they let us stay one hour longer that we could watch online live church services, I'm very pleased. Rooms were clean and comfortable, overall very good!
