Quality Inn Loganville US Highway 78

It is a small hotel buts it’s clean. The staff were nice and the little Indian guy was very polite and nice. They also serve breakfast. I would stay again.

My stay at Quality Inn was absolutely amazing! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, but what really made my experience outstanding was the front desk staff. Ankit, the guy at the front desk is incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with a great attitude. He truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and taken care of. Thank you so much Ankit for the welcoming and support in all my stay!. I really appreciated his excellent service — it made me feel right at home. Whenever I come back to the area, this Quality Inn will definitely be my first choice!

I was happy with my stay. The breakfast was good, and I liked that my room was uncarpeted (handicapped room), as floors are easily cleaned. The walk-in shower and higher toilet seat were also nice. Granted it was not a bargain, at over $150/night. Rather surprising since it lists online at $110, and there were very few cars in the lot.

I stayed overnight at your facility on 11/6. Your rooms were very clean and very well equipped with all that is needed. Your staff, especially, Ankit, was very professional as well as personable. From the beginning, he was very kind and helpful. He made my stay very nice. The next morning, he had everything set out nicely for breakfast. It was truly a great experience.

Life can be really displeasing during travel because of the current state of customer service. But this time, I beg to differ. Not only were the rooms clean, the environment was peaceful. And when it came to customer service, Ankit, you put the icing on the cake. You made all the difference in our outlook on customer service. You are an asset to Quality Inn, Logansville. You serviced with not only HEART but with personality, efficiency, and effectiveness. You made our visit not only pleasurable but also life changing. Don't let the mean people change who you are!!!
