Quality Inn Lewisburg

We had car issues and had to stop while driving through WV. From the girl working the front desk at 8 PM to the clean, quiet room to the amazing coffee/ breakfast set up it was so nice. I didn’t expect much as a cheaper motel and that would’ve been fine but they literally are great. I had to sit while the vehicle got fixed and they welcomed me to sit in the warm lobby with free flowing coffee. This really eased my stress so much. Their welcoming attitude and kindness won’t be forgotten.

They were great from check in to check out. Room was great. Service was exceptional. We had a little issue before our wedding that the hotel seamlessly took care of with one of our belts we were going to wear for the service. This place just went above and beyond. For the price you really can’t beat it. Some other hotels may be newer and more modern, yes, but here you will find nice renovated rooms; with a great onsite bar and restaurant and some of the BEST service in the industry. I’m a former GM with IHG, so I know how important keeping guests happy is. You all did amazing!

We were part of a group that selected the Quality Inn, and it was a great choice. Our ground floor king suite had two spacious rooms with parking outside the door. The room was clean and comfortable, no odors, and everything worked as it should. Decent breakfast with a range of choices. Be aware that there is no elevator; request a ground floor room if you prefer to avoid stairways. This is one of the better Quality inns I've stayed in.

I had to stay here so I stayed where the rating was at a good level. What a GREAT choice. The room was clean and everything was neat. The front lobby was a real surprise. This one will remain on my places to stay.

I got in late and without a reservation as I was traveling home from another trip. The clerk was friendly, and check-in was easy, The room was clean and I liked the mattress. Breakfast in the morning gave a lot of options.||The only negative was that it was a bit noisy because there are no interior rooms and I was located next to the stairwell. And my heater was noisy as it cycled on and off.
