Quality Inn Ledgewood - Dover

I stayed here for 2 nights…the good news? The bed was comfortable, the continental breakfast was nice. Employee was right there, cleaning and stocking everything, and she was pleasant. The morning front desk employee was pleasant also, and listened to my complaints about the smoking violations, cuz it’s supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. I had to put towels by the door, to try and block out the cigarette odors coming into my room! But When I complained to the night staff person, he was dismissive, and didn’t care to help with people smoking on the second floor, where my room was.i will not return to this hotel!!!

I'm not sure what's with a lot of the bad reviews. I thought the place was clean. Exactly what I expect for a quality inn. Dated, but comfortable. The Asian diner attached is very good as well. My only small complaint is the hot water. Could have been a bit warmer, but it was fine.

Because they treated us very well, always attentive to our needs. They kept the room clean the entire time we stayed and were very friendly. I recommend it 100%. Live your own experience and enjoy it! We will be back soon

We came here to rest and found ourselves in a nasty dirty tub that was throwing brown grime and scum from the jets in the jacuzzi. The front desk did nothing but "discount" 5 dollars. The place is absolutely disgusting with cieling parts falling off. This photo just shows a little tiny area I cleaned off from the dirty water. Wish I could give it zero stars. Just nasty and ill be reporting to bbb as well as quality inn headquarters.

I have been to this location a handful of times. The rooms are pretty clean, the location is convenient, and the service is always kind. Johana at the front is always professional, welcoming, and accommodating. She is always on the ball. I have never had an unpleasant interaction with her.
