Quality Inn Huntingburg - Jasper

Solid hotel. Clean rooms with pretty comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Breakfast was only disappointment. Selection was good, but eggs and sausage were very cold and when we made waffles, tasted spoiled. Couldn't even eat it. Had to resort to toast. Was in a decent location for our Holiday World trip.

I booked the hotel via booking.com. The pics looked nice but in real life was very disappointing. So, bad that we couldn't stay there. The rooms were very dated and looked dirty. We also didn't feel comfortable with the area, hotel was off the main road and didn't have a safe feeling about the area. Hotel staff wasn't helpful or wiling to work with us. Didn't get a refundand management doesn't even reply to emails from guests or booking.com DON'T STAY HERE!!!

Friendly staff, however, I was woken in the middle of the night by an alarm in the room next door to my room. There wasnt anyone in that room. The staff did take care of this immediately, however. The mexican restaurant was very good.

Positive: Close to work, secure, and quiet. Negative: Housekeeping was somewhat inconsistent. Sometimes they’d come in every day and other times they’d skip several days.

Nothing i would tell my friends about. Rooms were musty and smelled of smoke in a smoke free room. Pool closing times were too early. When you are that close to a theme park and then the hotel is in a different time zone then the theme park in the area. This eliminates the possibility of using pool area as pool closes an "hour before" the area where most people are visiting which is Santa Claus, IN.
