Quality Inn Hayti North

The room was clean. King bed was comfy & linens were clean. The lobby & hallways were dated & needed ceiling repairs but the room we stayed in had new floor & an updated shower & sink. The front desk lady was pleasant & checking in was a breeze.

Positive: The room was safe, clean, stocked with towels. I asked to not be disturbed and I wasn't. 😊. I will be back for sure. Negative: Drapes could improve by closing and pool should be open 😺. Floors were greasy. A 3 out of 5

Would never stay here again. It appeared clean, but had a terrible mildew smell and you could see where they had tried to paint over the mold stains on the ceiling. We only stayed one night, but would not recommend staying here, actually surprised that the health department would let them stay open with visible mold in the room. However, the Mexican restaurant nearby was incredible!

I originally booked over the phone. But, when I got here in person i believe her name is Buddy was very rude. She asked me did I have anyone with me I told her no and then she preceded to say to me that if I get loud I’d get kicked out and no drinking or smoking. I then preceded to tell her that there would be no noise or anything and I don’t smoke or drink. I don’t appreciate being racially profiled or judged based off of my race. She also made it seem like my age would be an issue mind you, you only need to be 18 to get a hotel by yourself. I’m in my early 20’s the room itself was decent. However, customer service is bad and if you continue down that route no one is going to want to come here. It does not matter someone’s race, nationality, or ethnicity in business personal feelings and

Beds are hard as a rock pillows flat and lumpy. The floor is sticky and gross. There was what looked like a booger wiped on the sheets other bedsheets were stained. The continental breakfast was waffles only that had a very weird taste. The juice offered was very watered down and coffee was horrible.
