Quality Inn Hanceville U.S. Hwy 31

I was skeptical because of some of the negative reviews. But my room, number 206-king room, was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. And check in was fast. The lady at night was nice, as were the ones at checkout. Overall, it was a good nights sleep.

We have never stayed at a worse hotel. It was damp and cold. Had to crank the heat and pull back bedding to dry it out. Heating/cooling units smelled bad. Roaches on the floor. Bathroom tap was just more than a trickle. Orange juice tasted like paint. Apple juice had chunks in it. Decor was outdated. The only good thing was that the ladies behind the desk were kind.

Nice clean room looks like just renovated friending staff in morning she’s just a sweetheart lets you know the local eats and very accommodating. The continental breakfast was wonderful I would truly recommend this place. And very affordable.

I had the best day here. It was quiet, not a lot of noise. And I slept very well and I felt safe. When I'm traveling through Alabama I will be staying again. Thank you for the comfort and the quality. Right next to the hotel there is a restaurant called Reyes Pizza. They make delicious bread and you have to try their garlic bread and their cheese bread. Oh my goodness it's home away from home!

Beware this place has bed bugs we stayed in room 103 at midnight I start itching like crazy have these red places on me that hurt so I get up to see what’s going on and I see a bed bug crawling to my 3y old I instantly record it and take the bed bug to front desk. The lady at front desk offer to swap room so at midnight I have no choice and we are over an hr away from home and my daughter had. A pageant in the morning so I had no other choice but to accept the offer and ask for refund but cause I used booking.com I have to wait on them to refund they never once called a manager to get my refund and all they did was offer trash bags to put all our stuff in. Once I got back and looked at bed it had blood/ rust color stains all in the sheets and the quilt The lady that morning was more nice a
