Quality Inn Hamilton

I showed up and booked a week for a weekly rate. Due to work problems I was able to go home for 3 days. I returned in the early hours of Monday morning with a small utility trailer for our sxs for work. As I got to my door I was approached by an older guy you said “good morning.” I replied with “good morning sir” he then continued to say “ we do not allow trailers in the parking lot so if you could remove your trailer off the premises.” He then said “ thank you sir” and walked away from me. I stopped him by saying “ you want me to move my trailer now? It’s 2 am in the morning.” He repeated his self again about trailers not allowed in the parking lot, said thank you sir and walked off again. I went to the front desk assuming he would be there. My stay was PERFECT. My room was PERFECT in every way. I could not find ANYTHING to complain about. Cleanliness is out of this world absolutely PERFECT. This location deserves a best of award. I will be talking about my stay here for some time to come. My greatest of thanks for the best. All employees were of the best caliber also. THANK YOU!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Quality Inn Gallion. I booked a room at 11:38 PM and was told my reservation was canceled because it was “after midnight,” which made no sense since my booking time was clearly before midnight. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the staff attempted to run my card multiple times, causing unnecessary declined and pending charges. The situation was handled poorly and created a lot of frustration for something that should have been simple. As a guest, you expect better communication and professionalism, especially from a property associated with Choice Hotels International. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic customer service standards. I would strongly recommend management review how reservations and payment attempt

Positive: Location Negative: I signed the clause about smoking in the room but when got to the room it smelled as if someone had been smoking in it. Notified front desk and she argued that the rooms are all inspected before letting.

Although the lady at the front desk was extremely nice. And rooms were decent for the price. If you like your privacy do not stay here because wether you put your do not disturb sign on your door or not they will come in your room while you aren't there. Which completely defeats the purpose of the "DO NOT DISTURB" part......
