Quality Inn Goose Creek - Charleston

This is our first time staying at a Quality Inn and we really enjoyed ourselves. Mr. Scott was extremely helpful with our check in as one of my rooms were not accounted for. He was patient and just a joy! Ms. Penelope was so sweet to us during breakfast. The food was good and the dining area was clean. The other staff members *whose names I did not get* were wonderful during checkout. Will definitely come back if we are in Goose Creek.

This is an old worn out property! They had to replace the refrigerator and phone first day. They did it immediately. No problem with service. I also pointed out the dead bolt mechanism on door did not work. They hadn’t replaced/repaired/rebuilt lock by time we left. We had door knocker the second night banging on our door about 11:30 pm. Scared my wife and I upset her when I started to run them down. Couldn’t tell anyone the next b morning cause no one was covering.

Positive: The location to my family that I was visiting Negative: Didn't pay attention to where it was located. Also, the cleaning crew used aerosol freshener that lasted for days. Had a headache the entire time there.

The front desk lady was super nice. However when we went to the room there were cockroaches running all over the walls. There was one in the alarm clock and some huddled in the corner. Went to the front desk to check out right after that and all she said was “yeah, sorry about that”

Everyone is super nice. The rooms are clean. I am staying long term and they booked me in the same room every week for the duration of my stay which is awesome. I would recommed them to everyone.
