Quality Inn Florissant-St. Louis

Yuk and gross! They have their tv screens dimmed to 50%. Way to dark. I tried to manually make the screen brighter to no avail. I asked the clerk if they could beighten it. Their reply was, "no, all tv's are set electronically at the home office, we are unable to change them". However the tv in the breakroom's tv was much brighter. Who wants to set in the besakroom, just to watch tv. Lol!

I paid a $100 deposit, and they kept $50 of it just because I ate my breakfast and took my food upstairs. There was no clear rule explained about this beforehand, and taking half of my deposit over something so minor feels completely unreasonable and unfair. This comes across as a money grab rather than a legitimate policy. If you’re going to charge people like this, it needs to be clearly stated before taking their money. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re okay with losing your deposit over small things.

Positive: Room was quiet. Breakfast was adequate. Location was good - easy access. Negative: Check in took 40 minutes. I had to wait again because the room provided didn't match my reservation. Hotel wanted to charge me extra for the room I reserved. Room was nonsmoking but had a VERY strong smoke smell.Replenishment of breakfast items was slow

Your hotel was unclean and there was either guest or employee smoking marijuana in the building anyone can smell it. There was another quest who also noticed the smell. The floors needed some attention needing deep cleaning the rugs were filthy could use some shampooing. We had to ask for another room because the ceiling was dripping. This hotel needs deep cleaning!!! The staff however were very nice however they didn’t ask us about a Military discount which we are military. This is the second time we booked from Quality Inn and not quite satisfied.

The signs say no smoking, but the lobby and halls smelled of marijuana. The room was decent for the low price, but the bathtub was not too clean. The elevators smelled of marijuana too. I work in a place that does random drug tests and have to be careful of secondhand smoke. There was no extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom either. I would not have stayed there if my usual was not booked up. I will not stay there again.
