Quality Inn East Liverpool - Calcutta

Every person who worked there was extremely friendly, especially the general manager and Michele! Every one told me about their favorite places to eat at, one helped me find a good quality laundromat, and when I got stuck in my hotel room (deadbolt issues) everyone made sure I was perfectly fine. Next time I come up here for work again or personal, I will definitely stay at this hotel. My company asked me if I wanted to stay closer to Pittsburgh to avoid the hour drive I said yes but I INSTANTLY regret it. The bed was amazing, sheets were extremely soft and breathable, pool was very clean and relaxing.

Pillows on bed are small and way too soft. Never asked if we wanted a room with bigger bed and when we asked all we got was do n t have one available. Asked why they stuck to same answer. Could do without people smoking pot in the roo..

My family and I felt welcomed as soon as we arrived after a 7 hr drive. Destiny at the front desk went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The hotel was very clean, warm, and comfortable.

Positive: Always friendly staff Negative: The indoor pool was closed, The reason I get that hotel is so my grandson can swim. Nothing on hotel website states pool is closed. The stuff should of known when my grandson was disappointed to offer to book me a another hotel with a pool,

The staff was extremely helpful very nice Michelle and Destiny were amazing we asked them if they had any recommendations on places to eat things to do. They were so very willing to help us cause we've never been in this area before the housekeeper that was there. Saturday was so very nice. I had asked her a couple questions. She was very willing to give me an answer. Very nice about it and they were always smiling. I wish I knew the housekeeper's name that was there Saturday, but please give those three girls a shout out. They deserve it. The place was extremely clean smelled clean and fresh even though the building was going through some renovations. Thank you for the wonderful experience and the wonderful stay. We definitely plan on using one of your hotels in the future.
