Customer Reviews
The outside is a little more dated than the inside. The inside has been remodeled. They might want to replace the bulbs in the lobby that have burnt out. This is not a good look for an open and inviting lobby. There is a gym and laundry room. The pool was currently unavailable. The hallways were also updated and clean. The room was nice with comfortable beds. They were on the softer side, FYI. The room had good size TV, decent size fridge and a microwave. The bathroom was decent. The only issues with the bathroom was the light and blower were on same switch making it loud at night. The big issue in bathroom was the curtain would not stay in shower because of curved bar and curtain length. Water was all over floor because of this. There is a breakfast available for free. It was not very goo
The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Some of the towels should have been replaced as worn. Breakfast was good and had a nice selection but should add cartons of milk and maybe some fruit. Breakfast area very clean. Front desk staff very pleasant.
The staff is amazing. Breakfast is great and the room that we stayed was clean. The sofa that's in that room needs a deep clean as it has some unpleasant stuff like hair but everything else is ok
Friendly, clean, microwave, fridge, and I enjoyed the very tasty breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuit. There was also fruit loops, corn flakes, yogurt, and small muffins. There were also chocolate kisses at the front desk that were Grinch oriented and I shared them with my nieces and nephews and they thought they were great. Thanks! The two things I would suggest is 1. when the front desk gives the guest their key card that they do not broadcast the room number to everyone in the lobby. Just tell the guest you are on the first/second floor and point to the room number on the key card cover. There was another individual who will be checking in, standing right behind me and they could hear the conversation between me and the desk check-in individual. 2. showing all my pertine
Convenient to the highway. Comfortable and quiet room. Negatives - door to outside does not lock and room backs up to wooded area. Your charge for pets is a bit excessive, in fact double that of Red Roof as they are first pet free and then $25 for the second. Yours was $25 each.
