Quality Inn Conference Center at Citrus Hills

The good. Check in was quick and efficient. Photos showed we would get hardwood floors and we did. We told the front desk we couldn't get (or find) the NFL football game on tv and he came up quickly to successfully fix that for us. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. This hotel location is directly on a bike trail. The only not so good if you want to call it that... We were on the second floor and it took the hot water a very long time to reach us when it came time to take a shower. Overall it was a clean hotel and yes we would stay here again.

Probably one of the top five worst stays I’ve ever experienced. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed the shower was running. I assumed someone had accidentally left it on.. but no, it was fully closed and still running. After driving nine hours, I was exhausted and all I wanted was a hot shower and some sleep. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. There was no hot water in the building at all. On top of that, I could hear the shower running throughout the entire night. At 4:45 a.m., my dog and I woke up to someone running down the hallway screaming. It sounded like there was some kind of altercation in another room. My family and I and our two small dogs stayed here for almost four weeks after our home burned down, and the staff at this Quality Inn were truly a blessing during the hardest time of our lives. We showed up with nothing, completely overwhelmed, and they treated us with so much kindness, patience, and compassion from day one. They helped us at every turn — whether it was extending our stay, making sure we had what we needed, or simply checking in on how we were holding up. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and having breakfast and Wi-Fi included was a huge help while we tried to rebuild our lives and handle everything we’d lost. Positive: Good sized room, large bathroom well stocked, good HVAC system. large refrigerator, big LED lighted bathroom mirror, great shower head. quiet inside room, Good variety of hot and color breakfast items well stocked and fresh. Negative: some areas or restroom corners required more cleaning details , and flooring laminate but still not fully clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—everything felt smooth and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The front-desk staff were especially kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
