Quality Inn Concord Kannapolis

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Concord, North Carolina, and had a fantastic experience! The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining options and attractions nearby. The staff was welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Just a heads-up: there’s a $60 cash deposit, but trust me, it’s worth it! Overall, I highly recommend it!

Was not the quality of hotel I was expecting. Rooms were clean but didn’t feel safe in the area. Furniture is old. Drains were very sluggish in both sink and shower. Too much light came into room due to curtains not covering the whole window. For the cost of the room, I expected more.

We booked a room 2 weeks in advance, 2 hours before check in the hotel called to inform us we would need to bring a $500 cash deposit. Their reasoning is this prevents locals from trying to stay there. We called Choice and they found us a room elsewhere, thankfully. Quality Inn needs to inform people of this fee much sooner than 2 hours before check in!!

I traveled here as a single female and have never felt more uncomfortable in all my life! The Indian guys that run the place kept walking by my room looking in the window and I felt so uncomfortable I left! I think they must be paying people for good reviews cause the place was an absolute dump and shady af!!! And in the WORST part of Concord!!!! Never again!!!!

The room was what you'd expect. It had a small fridge and a small microwave and it did get a bunch of TV channels. The staff was very pushy. At a quarter to 9:00 they would strongly remind you that breakfast was about to close. At 5 minutes to 11:00 they were banging on my door while I was in the bathroom, telling me that I had to check out, which I definitely knew. They had the attitude that everything had to happen early. I didn't care for it.
