Quality Inn Clinton North

Checked out a day early and instead of giving me a refund they charged me an additional $90 ontop of the full stay *$360 for the full stay plus the $90 which brought it to $450 when it should have been $270 cause we checked out early*, they reversed the $90 and tried to say that was the refund. GM printed out the recipt and "explained" to me how it works...... I told him the recipt was correct, but thats not what was done. He just kept referring back to the recipt and continued "explaining". I was charged a full stay and then an additional $90 that they reversed and then tried to say that was the refund. The place is an older property. But our room #218 had been completely redone. New bathroom fixtures, tile floors, shower, and fresh paint. The location is well lighted out back where we parked. Ice machine was in good working order. Staff was very cordial and accommodating. Good overnight stay for us on our trip.

They had very clean rooms and Jason was most helpful to our trip. He made sure we got the right guidance in a short amount of time and helped us with our luggage. They had a great breakfast, and the attendant was super nice and helpful. I will be coming back next year here for sure.

This seems to be an out-of-the-way quality Inn used to be a best western. We called when we were driving. They reserved a room on the first floor close to the ice machine. Upon arrival desk clerk was quite pleasant. Gave us a discount and gave us a room first floor next to the ice machine. I went back to their office and ask if they had any popcorn for the room which sometimes the hotels have in their lobby. He said he had just run out and apologized. An hour later there was a knock at our door. Here’s the manager giving us two packs of popcorn for the room. This is after 9 o’clock at night. Went above expectations. Room quite adequate Would highly recommend for the service we received.

We were told that we would have breakfast 6 to 9 when we checked in. Went to breakfast and it says closed!! We called and they said no breakfast due to low occupancy!!! If you don't serve the afore mentioned breakfast then you should discount the price!! Not the cleanest but the beds and pillows are still great!!
