Quality Inn Burlington

Toilets just keep running all night wighout shutting off. Remotes on the tv dont work correctly. No volume control, you literally have to unplug the tv from the wall to shut down for the nighr. Nice place........but needs attention to details. I just wanted a place to soend the night......but now I'm the handy m an to get tp sleep peaceful. Not bad otherwise. I'm the optimist if listened to.

The first time we stayed last year I was much more impressed. This time the room had a missing sink plug, missing bathroom light cover, the shower was way worn and seemed dirty but I think it was just old and abused. The facility always smells strongly of ammonia maybe bleach which I like because that should mean clean? I also think the pool is permanently closed (not that we would use it) but it now appears a storage room.

The price is not worth it for the location. The beds are comfortable and decent water pressure but the tub in room 107 has a patch job that is cracking and the tub feels spongey, like you might fall through. Reported(Jan 31, 2026) and when the maintenance guy(Anthony) came & looked at it, even agreed that the tub needs to be totally replaced. The owners just wants to patch it again. He was not willing to comp us a different room so it can be repaired. Maintenance said it would take at least 24hrs for the repair to set, so no showering. He never did show back up to repair while we were in the room. Positive: No pool false advertising over charged my credit card and hasn’t returned my money no exhaust in bathroom and tv didn’t work, VERY DISAPPOINTING Negative: Hated the false advertising charged me over price on my credit card and hasn’t returned my funds, would never choose that hotel AGAIN AND FRONT DESK MAN REAKED OF DISGUSTING BODY ODOR

For the $$ they charge...one would think 🤔 that there would be adequate water pressure in the sink basin. No! I had to go to the bathtub to wash my face. Then you would have TV. NO! 2 Hand devices to turn on the TV. Then it says the server is not working. Already in Pj's.. phone is not working to call the desk . Grrrrr! WTH? Go else where!!! Who needs this crap after traveling all day. And not enough outlets. We had to sleep in separate beds. Not a happy customer. Never again will they take our money. Breakfast should be very interesting. This joint makes flop houses look good.
